Develop Customized Educational Skits that Inform and Educate
Cornerstone Productions LLC has been working hand-in-hand with PBIS Schools across the Midwest. We're helping Student Leadership Teams develop skits that educate students and staff about their district's customized approach to enhancing and improving the learning environment!
Cornerstone's 4 Step TIPS Process ensures that the scenes developed are entertaining and informative. Whether students choose a live performance format or a videotaped presentation, Cornerstone can assist them in shaping their vision.
Step 1. Cornerstone Trainers meet with Student Leadership Team to review the Matrix.
Step 2. Cornerstone Trainers work with Student Leadership Team in a Skillbuilding Session training them in basic improvisation skills.
Step 3. Student Leadership Team identifies key topic areas to address.
Step 4. Trainers work with Students helping them develop Target Educational Objectives for each Topic.
Step 5. Trainers work with Students to outline all scene structures.
Step 6. Trainers work with students to develop all scenes.
Step 7. Trainers/Videographers film the scenes on location throughout the school. (optional for video programs)
Step 8. Cornerstone works with Student Leadership Team in post-production editing the material and developing the video. (optional)
Groups can opt for a one day training format or a two day training format.
Which option is selected will depend on goals and objectives of the team.
Also, teams may elect to develop live programs or videotape the skits and present material in that manner.
