Joyce Eissinger administrates and facilitates several different programs within the Carver Scott Alternative High School Program. These troupes include Solace Academy Cast of Characters- a troupe of students in recovery, New Beginnings Supporting Players-a troupe of young mothers finishing high school, 401 ALC Supporting Players, Waconia ALC Supporting Players, and Spring Lake/Lydia ALC Supporting Players. The schools come together once a year to train and prepare. They perform for schools and organizations throughout Carver/Scott County.
